This was our first purchase from Thomasville. Rosemary and the staff were knowledgeable and pleasant in answering all our questions about the furniture, the differences between manufacturers products, and the delivery & set-up process. We appreciated that they didn't use hard sell techniques, but instead provided sufficient information for us to make our decision. The selection of furniture was good, mostly with a traditional styling. The prices were on the expensive side, for us, but we liked the style and quality of the furniture enough to purchase. The ordering process is easy and Rosemary clearly described how the sale discounts were to be applied to the order. Our furniture arrived in the stated delivery time-frame and the delivery and set-up was quick, neat, and professional. When we reported a problem with the dresser drawer, Rosemary was prompt and helpful in describing the complaint process and arranging for resolution of the issue by having a replacement delivered. We are quite happy and satisfied with our bedroom furniture and will definitely consider Rosemary & Thomasville for any future furniture purchases.
