Billy did not do the job. A young man did the job spring 2023. Shower floor just needed stained grout removed and replaced. In the process of grout removal almost all tiles were chipped. Grout was not mixed properly and lines between tiles are concave. Water sits in lines, staining within a week. Impossible to keep clean. Sides of tiles can be seen and felt on soles of feet. Entire job has to be redone, but damage to tiles cannot be fixed without entire renovation of bathroom that is only 6 years old and otherwise in perfect condition. When I called, within 2 days of job finish, reply was rude and not remotely interested in what happened. BTW - have never written a bad review about a company before this. This was a bad and costly experience.

I got my tub caulked. He did a wonderful job. Caulk is very even. Excellent work! Good and timely communicator which is important! I would definitely use again!

Two projects were done on the same day: (1) Shower - clean tile and grout, recaulk all joints, replace vinyl seal for glass door, and (2) Kitchen and entryway - clean grout, color seal. Billy and Adam were on time, did an excellent job, and were neat and tidy. I was especially pleased with the kitchen/entryway - looks better than new!

Workers were punctual, neat and professional. They re-grouted my master shower. It looks so new, almost like i remodeled. Very satisfied with Grout Medic
