It was excellent service. They were punctual and came when they were supposed to. They were very professional and the prices were fair. The person I dealt was very very helpful. It was an excellent value and they had a very big choice to choose from. They had carpeting, tile and laminate. It is a very beautiful store.

They did a job. This was a complex job as there was water damage.

They were very good and I was very happy with them. They responded quickly and did nice work. I also was happy with the price. When I talked to them they were available immediately. They were friendly enough and had what I was looking for.

After much research on my wife's part, we bought carpet and hardwood from and hired Carpet One to install it when we experienced major basement water damage from Irene. From the start, we had a great experience with Tom (the store manager). He was very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to work with us within our limited insurance budget, even to the point of managing our product cost to the exact need. In addition, the store has a nice selection of product in both the carpet and hardwood categories - something at every price point and good range of choices but not overwhelming. Tom worked closely with us given our fluid scheduling requirements as we juggled two other contractors on the repairs.
The crew that came over was polite and flexible as we worked through final details as they were installing the flooring. They did a good job cleaning up at the finish. The end result looks terrific.
After hearing so many horror stories from friends about carpet and hardwood installers, we were extremely pleased and relieved to have such a great experience with Carpet One in Nanuet.

I love it. They were very industrious and they didn't stop. They worked diligently. The only complaint I had was that they had a problem with the hallway section and they worked really hard to make it just right and in doing so they were late for the next job. I had a little more clean up to do than I wanted to. They fixed the problem and they did not break and they worked just straight through. They did an excellent job.

I GUESS I'M SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THERE WAS ONE LITTLE SEAM IN THERE THAT I DIDN'T LIKE, BUT THAT IS JUST A MINOR PROBLEM THAT NO ONE BUT ME SEEMS TO NOTICE.

THE COMPANY WAS GOOD OVERALL. THE PEOPLE THAT THEY SENT WERE JUST INEXPERIENCED. THE COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL. IF YOU HAD TO GO TO HOME DEPOT THEY DO IT IN 6 WEEKS, BUT THEY DID IT IN FOUR DAYS. IT WAS ONLY BECAUSE OF THE TWO GUYS THAT CAME OUT THAT THEY DIDN'T GET ALL A'S.
