Sears Stores Nanuet Mall

I got it on sale and it seems to be working fine. The only problem I had with the installation was that they had quoted me a price for the standard installation but when the guy came, he wanted to charge extra because there was additional piping. I negotiated with him. I called the store and said that I was never told that there could be additional charges for it. They had given me a price and I paid upfront. I wound up paying the standard price after calling the store and complaining that the sales person never mentioned that the installation charges might be higher than what was quoted/ what I paid for upfront. Everything went well with the installation but he had to put some additional piping. I think Sears covered the extra cost of the installation. The quality is pretty good. They could have explained that there might be additional charges if it required additional plumbing work.

it was an awesome experience (like most sears) the lines were not bad and the service great i did have to explain to a employee what i wanted for my dryer a few times but once she understood they showed me where to find it right away

I like because they are local and they are quick. Their service is fair, their delivery date; you will have to wait. They take the old one away free of charge. They are a little bit low priced.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

He did not repair it as he said the machine was not repairable and I did pay for the service call. The technician was more inclined to say to replace than to repair it. Honestly I think that, he came up with more things that were wrong with the machine rather than trying to fix it, I am not an expert, but I talked to other technicians later on. I do not think he wanted to go through his time to fix it.

It was fine. The work was neat and clean. I had no problems and they get it right the first time. They were on time and I would recommend them to anybody. They are the only ones that I have used so I haven't compared prices. The quality was good. They gave me a window of time and they call from their last appointment. They were very professional. I have used them more than once.

We've had nothing but problems. We can't get anyone on the phone to work on them, they keep giving us numbers to call that are the wrong people, they came out to do some of the work, and now won't finish it.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY PROVIDE A GREAT SERVICE. THEY WERE ALL REAL NICE PEOPLE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID THE WORK THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THE CARPET LOOKS BRAND NEW.
