The floors were in rough shape. There were several spots that the wood had been damaged and big holes that were patched with plywood. Looking at the floor now, you would never know. We discussed how it would be fixed and he recommended the best color stain so that you would not see the difference between the new patch wood and the original wood. Mike and his team were professional, on time, clean and the work was excellent. The dust was contained in the bedroom and was totally gone when the job was finished. I would recommend them whole heartedly. 

I was thrilled when I was able to locate my original receipt from when Michael completed my floors in 2004, and now again in 2016. Yes, I'm a repeat customer. Michael was very specific with how long the job would take to complete and what prep work he would do prior to starting the job. Thank you!

From beginning to end they were very professional and careful. The job took them 2 days to complete. They left the room spotless and dustless. We would recommend them highly.

Mike and his guys are real professionals. They do a beautiful job with both repairing and refinishing. Your calls are answered promptly and they show up when they say they will on time. We are landlords and have used them in our apartments over the years. They work with us on scheduling around other repairs often when we are on a tight schedule with tenants moving in and out. They also will do a touch up job on floors that might not need a total refinishing job and they come out beautiful. I will post a picture of a floor done this way. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything went better than expected! I was amazed at how thoroughly they were able to refinish the floors without damaging any of the walls, floor moldings, or radiator covers. They reached every inch of flooring. The floors look brand-new! The job took five days to finish so that the floors could dry completely in between the 3 coats of polyurethane. We couldn't sleep in the house because of the fumes. Michael was very nice and professional. He and his crew arrived on time every day. I appreciated that Michael was on site every day to personally check on the quality of the work.
