I left 3 messages for an estimate to get 2 motion lights replaced and put on a switch and my call was never returned.

They came out and serviced us. What needed to be done is a build up of sediment in our chimney and it needs to be cleaned out. They checked where the flow of air was going. In one case it was fine and then on the other hand it was flowing back to the inspector which was a scary sign of what could be a carbon monoxide poison.

Hurricane Sandy took down a large tree from the front of our home. It took down the power line and meter right off the wall of the house. Needless to say it was pretty scary and living without power for days was awful. However, our neighbors kept an eye on us and helped us as much as they could. I am very grateful for them.

He was right on time and did what was asked. I was hoping for a senior citizen discount or even one for a veterans discount. The $800.00 spent was kind of high for someone livingon social scurity.

There is not anything I dislike which is why I keep using them. They are prompt, have reasonable prices, and the work is good. They are professional and neat as well.
