My expierience could not have been more positive with Roca carpet. I mainly dealt with Larry at their store, who was terrific. He took his time to expain the different carpet qualities, features, textures, and terminology with me. I never felt pressured to purchase, nor did I ever feel I was being pushed to purchase a certain type of carpet. He presented me with my options and the prices and let me make my own decision. He was extremely responsive and always available to talk. I was also provided with all the free samples I needed to make my decision.
The best part about the experience was that I did not have to settle for a pre-made area rug. The fact that they take any carpet and bind it into an area rug is far better than having to look through pre-made rugs and settle for one.
The delivery was also a great experience as the drivers were on time and also helped me move my sofa (a large 3-piece sectional) and coffe table in order to lay down the rug. They were extremely polite and personable.
Overall I could not be happier with my experience and will use Roca carpet for all my carpeting needs in the future, as well as recommend them to everyone I know.

They did a good job. The clean up was done very well and they were very professional. I shopped around considerably to find the best price and they were it. They had a good value and I would recommend them to other people. They have a great service.

THEY WERE FINE, EXCELLENT. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. IT WAS JUST CARPET AND THE PRICE THAT WERE PROBABLY MY MOTIVATIONS FOR USING THEM IN COMPARISON TO OTHER PLACES.
