They were good. I was due for an enormous service which was like thousands of dollars literally but because I didn't have a lot of miles in the car they only charged me like $287. They were great. Any time you go there they automatically inspect your tires. They automatically give you a car wash. They have kind of refreshment you want available to you. They email you perhaps every 20 minutes as to how far and how much progress they have made on your vehicle so you know what kind of a wait time you have left. They are very customer service oriented plus their workmanship is beyond question. If it id going to be a long thing they either give me a loaner car or they drive me home and pick me up.

They are good, efficient, and courteous. The customer service is amazing. The cost depends on the service; sometimes it is $600 and sometimes it's not. I would give them an A+ all the way through.

They are much better than the competition. I'm due to pick it up. The service they have given me has been excellent. They have been marvelous in negotiating with my insurance company. My insurance company was giving me a hard time, and they really took responsibility. They even dropped their labor rate so it could get done. Their service is excellent. Their salespeople are very courteous. They make it work for you. They are eager to compromise.

We’ve been very pleased with them and there haven’t been any issues so far. They are consistent, they provide good service, and they try to be accommodating. We’ve purchased many cars from them. The price for auto service is high because it’s a dealer.

Mercedes is a quality dealer in this area. I will say they are not cheap. So far they have not been too bad to us price-wise. We have not gotten grossly overcharged or anything like that. We are pretty satisfied with them to date.

They didn't call back when they knew it was important because I was going out of town. They finished the work on time. They cleaned my car, and were courteous. The price is what you expect. They have good mechanics and I always try to get the same mechanic. The service reps have attitudes. I've written letters to Mercedes about them. One thing they have going for them is they give you a loaner car.

What an excellent service they provide! Every time I bring my car there for servicing I always get the same quality treatment regardless of who takes care of me. I would highly recommend them.
