I was very satisfied with them. I got two estimates from them. I didn’t like the first guy that they sent out. They sent another one and they didn’t charge me the estimate price. They did the job quickly, cleanly and hung it perfectly. It works great. They had experience installing the door. I had a bad experience when I had my front door installed. They charged me an extra $20 to move my door bell. I appreciated that the guy noticed it when he did the estimate.

They contracted with another company to do the installation. The process was fairly simple and it was pretty easy to work with Lowe?s. They were pretty accurate about the time. It was definitely a higher end door and I am very happy with it. The gentleman at Lowe's was very helpful in letting me know everything that was going to be done, understanding the pricing and understanding what I was looking for. It took about a whole day for the installation work and there were some obvious gaps around the brickwork that they had to come back and fill to make sure that it was completely sealed around. They did have to come back but they didn't have a problem with that. The price was as expected and the price of the door was within range. The price of the installation was $700 and I didn't feel that it was exorbitant.
