+ -1 moreThe refunds did not begin to appear until we lodged complaints with our credit card vendors and the Better Business Bureau. After a month, we received a refund of $500.00. The remainder of over $700.00 has yet to be posted to our account.
Description of Work: We purchased a floor sample wall unit. We were not ready for delivery until our room was painted, etc. When we arranged a date for delivery, the company said that they had sold the unit to someone else (we knew the people!), but they had another in the warehouse. On delivery date, they called to tell us the unit had been damaged on loading onto the truck. They said it was discontinued and asked if we wanted some other product. We said no, we wanted a refund. They said, "we don't usually do that, but in your case we would issue credit card refunds within a month."
