Their service is good, they were great.

It was excellent. The staff are courteous.

Stopped in. Met with a salesman. Had to step through a couple of hoops to get a quote. This included listening to the features of the Honda CRV and be forced to test drive it. Got the quote of 27,999 for a 2014 CRV. I thought this was reasonable price. According to True Car $28,250 was low price. But of course I am going to shop around. I send an email to Paramus Honda. Got an email with a quote of $26, 582. So of course I chose them and bought my car in NJ.

DJust as a preliminary , as you can tell, I have had the car for a while and based on the yearly expense I will keep it until the cost starts to rise. I sort of expect things to wear out so it is not unexpected to get a bill such as this. Also, I tend to keep my car in good shape.
I brought the car in and they performed the routine maintenance during which time they found an indication of the problems ( I had noticed a few spots in the driveway). The customer care rep told me what they had found, explained what they proposed to do, including where they would get the parts from.Once I gave the go ahead they prepared an estimate. I gave the OK and went home where I waited for the completion of the work.
I have found that this service dept is reliable and if there is a problem they seek the owner's permission before they commence work. Their one drawback, is that the price is steeper than if I brought it to an independent mechanic. On the other hand, if they run into a difficulty, they seem to have an especially lucid explanation of what the problem is and how they intend to fix it and ,most importantly, the cost.
I have used them in the past and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future.

Decided to buy new suv. Used Edmonds.com for researching prices for Honda CR-V. Was given several online quotes. Followed up by going to dealership. Dealt with Una Wilson. Professional and courteous. No pressure to buy on the spot. Price quoted online was upheld. Totally satisfied. Folks, I recommend Honda of Nanuet but you still have to do your homework. I recommend Edmunds .com for new car prices and researching the vehicle. If you go into a dealership unprepared then shame on you.

Everything went well. They are very nice, thorough, and follow through on their promises. I have been using them for years, and I am never disappointed.

It went smoothly, the sales people were nice, they took there time and weren't pushy. We looked at several different models, test drove 2 and picked the civic.

Honda of Nanuet was great to deal with on this purchase. We had a very nice salesman who was not pushy at all. Everyone here has been very helpful and courteous. They took care of all of the paperwork and title work. I like the service here.

Honda of Nanuet are the biggest repair thieves. We never get out of there without a bill of over $1000.00. The rear differential had already been replaced once 6 months ago. They also told us we needed new brakes, a ball bearing, a timing belt and a water pump, but they didn't tell us any of this until the car was out of warranty. They lied about the warranty, too. They originally told us the warranty was up at 40000, but when we went in for repairs they said the warranty was actually for 36000 miles and we were beyond that. They also said they filled the window wiper fluid, but they didn't. They sent coupons for a brake job at a low price, but when we tried to get that, they said the price on the coupon didn't cover the whole brake job. It was misleading.
