It went very well. Bruce was helpful in designing and choosing tile and fixtures that are high quality and within our budget. Great work crew, efficient and left the place clean every day. We had used them before and will again.

They were pricey. The job was well done, except for some minor things that I had to have them back for and it was it was a challenge to get them to come back out. I also requested a further quote on a smaller job and numerous calls were ignored.

It was a very good experience. There were consultants within the store who actually helped pick out and worked with us, even from a design aspect. They really worked with us based on what we wanted. I think it was a good experience. I don't remember the cost, but it was one of the expensive ones, I guess. It's the natural dark-colored wood. It was maybe $2500 to $3000. I worked with two of them. They were more willing to listen to what I had in mind. Accordingly, they were suggesting like instead of me going through the entire store. They were picking out what they thought was close to my taste, based on what I said. So they listened and pulled out samples. I took my time and they were very nice and spent the time I needed. I went back twice I think. I did like three or four trips just to pick the flooring and the backsplash and they did not mind. They still worked with me for the time I needed. The floors are good. Actually, they were the ones who told what we should check with the manufacturer. So we had the contractor call the manufacturer just to make sure the stretching and if they could put the weight on it or not. They look beautiful!
