Arrived within 90 minutes of first phone call as stated over the phone.

Attempted to clear pipe from sink but needed to open another access point to the line in the basement to properly attack the clog.

Identified issues with previous installation, cut a short piece of pipe to fit so that a recurring problem I had went away.

Dave and his assistant cleaned out our sewer drain and three other outside water drains at our newly moved-in house.
Dave is very experienced and knowledgeable.  He answered all my questions and was prompt.

Dr. Rooter provided excellent service. We had to reschedule due to my change of availability, but he accomodated without a problem. Showed up on time, and went to work. We have old pipes and snake the drain on a regular basis to prevent any drain overflow. He told us that pipes were in good shape and even suggested that we could do every two years, rather than annual. I was very impressed with that. We will have him back in two years.

He was very efficient, timely and everything was smooth.

In spite of it being the Friday after Thanksgiving, and his being quite busy, David from Dr. Rooter showed up in record time. He cleared up my line, knowing immediately where to look for the problem. Dave was professional and courteous to say the least. I'm thrilled to now have a plumber I can count on and would definitely use Dr. Rooter for any future plumbing problems. Main drain connected to town sewer line was clogged. Could not use any sinks,toilets in the house.Mr.Dave owner of the company came to our rescue. |Even though they say they gonna respond to our call less than 5minutes it took more than an hour and couple of calls. But once they responded every thing went well

They are fantastic. He was really good, he gave us a discount and he was professional. That was probably a decent price; really having no other experience with plumbing issues. We were just happy to have this thing done quickly, efficiently and pleasant. He had a list of what different things cost. We had him back another month later. The first time he was here was to clear the drain out to the street. The second time was to install a brand new sink disposal. We felt he was fair. He came right when he said he was gonna come and came really quickly. It was a good experience.

The young man brought in an electronic snake and other equipment and worked for about 45 minutes. We thought the drain might be really clogged from guests throwing debris down the garbage disposal by mistake; dish rags, pistachio shells, etc. - also , the drain had lots of use since we've lived here for 8 years. With lots of company, there had to be a problem at some time. Our plumber worked hard until he got the drain cleared. We liked him so much that we had him back to install a new garbage disposal. He did give us a 10% senior discount both times and maybe we're just unrealistic about plumber's fees since this is the first repair we had to make since moving to Rockland County in 2005.

Everything was excellent. He was very nice and pleasant.

Project went great. Dave responded to phone calls promptly. Performed the work 24-hours after I called and let me know the results immediately. Also I had trouble sending payment (I had the wrong address) Dave was very nice and professional when he notified me that payment had not been received.

John took care of our problem, cleaned the mess in our basement, and gave us advise to help maintain our sewer drain. I would recommend Dr. Rooter to anyone. It is nice to find a plumber who you can trust. After all you get what you pay for.

Dave came out the same day, and told me that it wasn't the major leak I feared but that the two taps had begun to leak over time and were leaking over the wall, not from behind it. He fixed it in under a half hour. The price was high but plumbing work always seems to be.

ONE THING IS THAT THEY WERE HERE THE NEXT DAY. THEIR TIMELINESS WAS GOOD AND THEY GAVE ME A SET TIME. THEY WERE HERE AT THAT TIME. THEY WERE VERY FAST AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOLD ME WHAT I COULD DO TO KEEP THE CLOGS FROM HAPPENING. FOR THE PROBLEMS WE WERE HAVING, THEY TOLD US WHAT WE WERE DOING.
