There is not enough room or space to say what I think of of Michael Marinelli and Cicrle Collision!.
He is extremely unprofessional and a rude
and nasty man -His employees were not much better in doing the job correct
the first two times.
On the 2nd visit when I pointed out all the glass that was
rattling around in the roof track, as well as the crunching sound when my roof
retracted that you heard, he repeatedly made excuses how safety glass breaks.
As I told him I already knew all that it still didn't explain WHY all the glass
wasn't cleaned out properly when the new glass was installed. As a result of
improper cleaning, the new glass became all scratched in the center, making it
look warped. After the 3rd visit to fix, when I spoke to Mike on the phone he
started to yell and scream at me and wash his hands of "this problem" and to
also for me to tell my insurance agent to stop hassling him (it was only after the 3rd
visit and a call to my agent did he get directly involved) AND then he cut off anything I had to say by proceeding to
say " THIS CONVERSATIN IS OVER" and hung up on me!
