I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM SO I GUESS THAT'S REALLY WHEN YOU CAN RATE SOMEONE WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. IT'S HERE AND SOMETIMES WE SET IT OFF ACCIDENTALLY. SOMETIMES THEY'RE A LITTLE LATE COMING, AND WE HAD ANOTHER SERVICE IN OUR LAST HOUSE. THEY TOOK 30 SECONDS TO A MINUTE TO CALL BUT WITH THEM I HAVE TO STAND IN FRONT OF THE PHONE FOR A MINUTE AND WAIT FOR THEM TO CALL.
