Bob's offers security services like many other companies.  Their installation crew was fine.  The parts are first rate, name brand.  The monitoring seems to be working, although one time they told me to test the system and the (separate) monitoring company sent the fire department.  Good thing tho, the monitoring company had the wrong street address, causing the FD arrival to be delayed.  I imagine that can happen with any alarm company and I do not know how to check to be sure it does not happen. 

The only negative is that they charged $600 to install the alarm system and I found out later that at least some other companies do the initial installation for free, making their money on the monthly fee.  (I do not know if those other companies use cheaper parts.)  Bob's monthly fee is $25, which is competitive. It would have cost me more for the installation but they gave me a discount for a multi-year contract.

My house is small, so it only needed a small alarm system. The price for a larger house will be higher. Pros: The company is easy to work with. The installation crew really knew what it was doing. They installed Honeywell sensors, a name brand. They charged $100 LESS than their estimate, because they used the siren that was already in the house. The installation looks good. Cons: I saw one installer take off and drop a cover from an electrical outlet that they later used to power the control panel. The cover fell behind my washing machine. After the installation crew left I noticed the electrical outlet had no cover! Their control panel was plugged into it with no cover. I had to fish behind the washing machine and then screw in the cover myself. It is a small thing, so I still gave them an A, but it was not professional work. The monthly fee was the same for the few companies I talked with.

Bob's Security has a very prompt response time. When the alarm was set off accidentally we had an almost immediate call from the police. Later, Bob's Security called to make sure everything was all right. We're very satisfied with their service. We pay them quarterly.

Bob's does a good job for us. We have used them for quite some time now and always been satisfied. We don t much like messing with our alarm to begin with but they are fine to us. We have no complaints.

I have been using Bob's for my alarm service monitoring for quite some time now. I think they are great. They have never ever let me down and I have had no problems with them ever. I would highly recommend them and I will also tell others they charge very reasonable rates for the great service they provide.

WE HAD A COMPANY BEFORE THAT, AND THE SMOKE ALARM WAS FAULTY. THEY WANTED $220 TO REPLACE IT. THAT WAS THEIRS. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE. THEY KEPT BILLING ME AFTER I STOPPED THE SERVICE. THAT TOOK SIX MONTHS TO RESOLVE.

THEY WERE FINE. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID THE WORK QUICKLY. IT WAS GOOD QUALITY WORK.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE AVAILABLE WHEN I NEEDED THEM. THEY MONITOR OUR HOUSE SO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, THEY CALL.

THEY DON'T DO QUALITY WORK AND WERE SLOPPY. IT WAS A FAIR PRICE, THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, AND THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THE SYSTEM IS GOOD, THOUGH.

THEY DO AN ADEQUATE JOB. THE PERSON WHO CAME WAS FINE, AND THE WORK WAS DONE PROPERLY. IT WAS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF THEM TO GET SOMEONE TO COME DOWN. I HAD TO TRADE CALLS WITH THEM.

THEY ARE GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY TREAT ME WITH RESPECT. THEY VALUE MY BUSINESS. THEY PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN THEY DID COME OVER TO DO A FIELD CHECK, THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO AND DID IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
