We were extremely pleased with Bayside. Randy the owner is very responsive and goes beyond what is necessary. When we had a problem with our in ground pool installer, Bayside put pavers around our pool rather than the cement apron it looks gorgeous, Randy even out together the ladder for the deep end of our pool and concreted the ladder and shallow end railing for us. We also had a problem with re-grading for our fence installation which was the responsibility of the pool installer....to help us out and ou of respect for our business Randy regraded what was necessary. He and the Bayside designer helped us coordinate the retaining wall blocks with our pavers for a once in a lifetime property improvement which we will enjoy for years to come.
