The inspector was professional and punctual but he missed numerous problems which we discovered after moving in. His oversights cost us a lot of money.

Just after we settled on our place, we found that there was a huge leak in our new home's garage, which cost us six hundred dollars to repair out of our own pockets. I kind of felt like they should have caught that. Here we were having a settlement pizza party and we discover this leak just after we have settled. Now I will say they detected a small problem with the dishwasher and we got about five hundred back at settlement for that. I would use them again, but with that being said I guess I would know what to look for now. They are not a bad business. I liked Frank a lot. I just wish they would have caught that one little thing for us.
