Professional as usual. Electrical work, exemplary as usual. Most importantly, they SAVED OUR LIVES, detecting a major GAS LEAK!!! I would never use another electrical contractor, if possible.

I called and left a message with a receptionist for the services needed and never received a call back.

my building has chosen to upgrade our electric, my apt was a mess when i came home , i put up plastic drop clothes on areas of my apt.that they didn't need access to, the plastic was carelessly ripped down and my kitchen was covered in dust and not cleaned up. my brand new sheet rock was broken w a hammer instead of professionally cut with a saw.after speaking to chris williams i was told his workers would clean up their mess, it was christmas eve and when i got home his word was not kept, i need 13 breakers and they put in a breaker box that hold 24 breakers, the box is huge and sticks out of the wall an inch, i was very unhappy with the work and was basically told too bad. now i need to hire my own electrician to do the work i feel is necessary to make the appearance of my brand new kitchenlook up to par.i am very unhappy with the unprofessionalism of this company, ive had my electric done 3 years ago and when they left the job was done perfect and clean, c williams electric left my place a mess on christmas eve

The workers that were sent out were courteous, clean and professional. He's here in Mt. Vernon so I was glad it was a neighborhood guy. He has excellent people working with him. They were polite, punctual and professional. It was quite reasonable. Although it wasn't the biggest job in the world because of his price I would definitely call him again. I would tell people that if he can fit us in we are lucky to get him.

took 2 hours to find and rewire (which was fast considering the difficulty of the problem. technician was prompt, friendly and informative. charged for a basic service call- even if it would have taken much longer to fix, the charge would have been the same.

It did not start out so well. Somehow, our appointment had been misplaced and nobody showed up at the agreed-upon time in the morning. Also, nobody was in the office and I kept leaving ever more irate messages on the answering machine. Then around 3:30 PM, Chris, the owner, called back and apologized profusely. His secretary was out and somehow my work slip had not been passed on to the crew.

Chris was clearly embarrassed by the confusion and promised that someone would come by right away. A two-man crew showed up within the hour. They worked late and finished the basement lighting job that same evening. Then, they promised to come by the following Saturday to take care of the outlet in the study, which they did.

The work performed by Williams Electric was flawless. The electricians working at my house were courteous and left the place cleaner than they found it. To top things off, Chris gave me a discount on the work to make up for the initial confusion.

All in all, this is the kind of service provider one would wish to find for every job. The owner is friendly and accommodating and the crew is knowledgeable and courteous.

They were great and the workmanship was very good. The price seemed okay and their cleanup was good. I would definitely hire them again. They were very responsive at that time, but since then I have tried to get them back for some other job and they haven't got back to me.

They were prompt and professional. The work was completed as expected.

it went very well overall. they showed up on time, very nice, very professional. they had to move a lot of stuff out of the way to complete the job, including our stove, and multiple shelves in the basement. they did it without question or complaining, and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

They did excellent work from start to finish. Both the person who made the appointment with me on the phone and the two men who did the work were very efficient and professional. (Although they came a few hours late, the office called to apologize and see if we still wanted them to come.) They asked me about the problems, then set about to fix them. They finished quite quickly and cleaned up pretty well. The best part was that they charged us less than half of the estimate they had given us!

As it turned out, he didn't have to do any work because our neighbors fixed the problem prior to him getting here. I mean, this is a guy who did not know us at all. He called us two more times the day we had contacted him at later hours to ensure we were okay and that our electrical systems were all in tact. He showed that he really cared and we found that impressive. It had been something minor. We did meet with him and interview him though and we have since decided to probably use him to install the electrical lighting after we have our in ground pool put in in the near future. His prices are good, he is professional, and he is sincere. We really were impressed by his presentation to us and his overall views and things like that.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE A LITTLE MESSY, BUT THEY DID CLEAN UP. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK.
