 + -1 moreWe will use again. They could have attempted the repair and then charged us . They did not . They gave us good customer service and we will use them in the future.Our $20 was refunded even though they ran the diagnostics.
Description of Work: My husband's PlayStation 3 was jammed with a new game stuck in the system. They took the machine for a day and got back to us to us that they could not fix it nor retrieve the disc. They had ascertained that Sony could fix it and told us the approximate cost. They gave us the contact info and were most apologetic that they did not do the repair .
