Did the job timely and professionally

I have used Suburban Flooring many times over the years; and have always referred them to my clients (I sell real estate).  They do a great job; offer every kind of flooring solution; and are easy to deal with - friendly and reliable.  I will continue to use and refer Emily and Frank and Suburban Floors.

Very well.  Although there were a couple of places where the gluing was not secure (I had to call to have them come back to roller over the areas not thoroughly pressed into place.  Also, Frank made some choices in a difficult area  (under water main, where the floor slopes into the wall) that I would have preferred he asked me how to handle.
A couple of times I had to call or email more than once (when asking for references, for instance), but otherwise, I generally found Suburban responsive and, when it came time to do the work, reliable and punctual, leaving a clean workplace.  
There was some miscommunication between Suburban and my contractor, so my washer and dryer spent the night outside on the lawn.  
But the work was ultimately done very well, beautiful product, and an excellent price.  I have recommended Suburban to friends, and would continue to do so.

I would recommend them. I think the pricing was fine. It was a high quality job, they did what they said they were gonna do and it worked out very well. They delivered the finished job and did everything they needed to do so I don't know what more you can ask for and the job has held up very well.

We were extremely pleased with the results. The job was done in a timely manner and correctly. During the demolition phase, they cleaned up at the end of the day so we could use the kitchen for dinner and breakfast the next morning. The tile was installed and sealed without a problem. Now after more than a year, there have been no issues.
