I have used Suburban Flooring many times over the years; and have always referred them to my clients (I sell real estate). They do a great job; offer every kind of flooring solution; and are easy to deal with - friendly and reliable. I will continue to use and refer Emily and Frank and Suburban Floors.

Very well. Although there were a couple of places where the gluing was not secure (I had to call to have them come back to roller over the areas not thoroughly pressed into place. Also, Frank made some choices in a difficult area (under water main, where the floor slopes into the wall) that I would have preferred he asked me how to handle. A couple of times I had to call or email more than once (when asking for references, for instance), but otherwise, I generally found Suburban responsive and, when it came time to do the work, reliable and punctual, leaving a clean workplace. There was some miscommunication between Suburban and my contractor, so my washer and dryer spent the night outside on the lawn. But the work was ultimately done very well, beautiful product, and an excellent price. I have recommended Suburban to friends, and would continue to do so.
Description of Work: A two-part job, installing vinyl flooring in a pantry and then, many weeks later, in a kitchen. Frank and his team had to rip up aged, broken linoleum, work over an uneven subfloor with areas of pretty steep sloping.

Description of Work: Frank Carpentieri visited our home to assess some flooring which another company had incorrectly installed and which had swollen and buckled. He was very helpful and actually removed a piece of flooring to reduce the pressure so that the flooring could settle into place and not be further damaged. The flooring settled and was saved! He did not charge us!

I would recommend them. I think the pricing was fine. It was a high quality job, they did what they said they were gonna do and it worked out very well. They delivered the finished job and did everything they needed to do so I don't know what more you can ask for and the job has held up very well.

We were extremely pleased with the results. The job was done in a timely manner and correctly. During the demolition phase, they cleaned up at the end of the day so we could use the kitchen for dinner and breakfast the next morning. The tile was installed and sealed without a problem. Now after more than a year, there have been no issues.
Description of Work: We wanted to put a cork floor in our kitchen and had done a lot of Internet research. Suburban Floor Covering seemed a better option as I interviewed firms over the phone. They knew what they were doing. Many of the others did not seem to, based on what we learned over the Internet. A very knowledgeable salesperson came to our house with a variety of samples which he left, saying take a few days to look at them before making a decision. Good advice as the cork tiles that initially appealed to us, were not the ones we ended up using. We set up an installation date and two very good installers came with the salesman. The job consisted of removing multiple layers of old floors (I think there were 7 different layers.) down to the original subfloor. Installing new underlayment that served as the base for the new cork tiles and also leveled the floor. Installing new cork tiles and sealing them per manufacturer's specs. Finally, reinstalling/replacing the old quarter round moldings.
