I called them and He came out in a timely manner. He seemed to be knowledgable in knowing what the problem was, and he fixed it within 20 minutes. He did what he had to do and we haven't had any problems since. I was a little weary with the pricing that he charged me for doing this service, I thought it was a little high.

They did a very good job. I am pleased with how everything turned out. They were on time and they did a nice job of replacing it. They were very quick and very good. I would hire them again, because they also seemed very helpful.
