They met on a moments notice to evaluate the problem and provide an estimate. When the estimate did not meet my budget they were able to provide another less costly solution which I accepted. When they came to install the skylight they realized taht the measurements were slightly off so they had to build another skylight. This caused an unfortunate time delay, but mistakes happen sometimes. The point is they recognized their mistake and worked quickly to remedy the problem. They were back in 2 days to do the instalation. The workers were very friendly, finished the job promptly and cleaned up behind themselves. They did a great job and I no longer have water leak issues in the hallway.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL, THEY TOOK OFF ALL THE OLD ROOF STUFF AND THEN HAULED IT AWAY. THE NEXT DAY THE CAME AND PUT THE NEW ROOFING ON, I HAVE NO MORE LEAKS.
