Excellent work all the way around!! From start to finish, the job was done with the highest degrees of quality and care. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

It was great! Rob came at appointed time prepared with samples. We set a date that would work so that trash could be picked up promptly the next day. installers came on time and worked without a break until the job was complete. It looks great.

They team did an amazing job! The entire process was easy from beginning to end. They cleaned up everything, cut and rolled the carpets neatly for garbage pickup. I highly recommend Redi Cut Carpets. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

After getting several quotes, I decided to go with Redi-Cut Carpets. I communicated with Larry who was very courteous, communicative and professional. The work was excellent. The workers were thorough and cleaned up afterward very nicely. They arrived and completed the work as scheduled. Ther proce was very reasonable and there were no surprises.

Larry came to the house, measured, showed us a variety of samples based on what we were looking for, and gave a competitive price. The carpet was installed on time. The Install team did an exceptional job, quick, professional, and friendly. They moved the furniture in and out of the room, cleaned up very well and took all of the debris with them. Would definitely recommend.

It was about $4500.? They did between 11 or 1200 square feet.? They were very responsive and to engage and help me out with, you know, figuring out what I needed to do.? They were flexible in scheduling and work so it was good service.? I didn't like the pricing and that's usually the way I am with carpet places, pricing is so intransparent, it's just so unclear getting a price.? I think it's related to the industry but I'm not sure but it was the same as them, at the end I was sort of like let it go instead of trying to figure it out but I never felt completely satisfied that I was getting a great deal.

They did a good job. I thought they were on the high side in terms of the price. The quality of the work was fine. I will be reluctant to use them unless they give me the best price, but I will go back of course. Their selection makes me go back.

Overall, it went very well. I emailed Redi-Cut a few questions and concerns, and Rob the owner called me the next morning. My wife and I met with Rob that afternoon at his showroom. He was very pleasant and was very helpful in helping us narrow down our choices. He also gave us another option. Buy a premium remnant at a significant savings from original cost. We went with the remnant. Two days later, the carpet was installed. I'm very happy, and the whole process was so pressure-free and painless. I'd definitely recommend Redi-Cut, and will use them in the future.

His price was so reasonable I can't even say how cheap he was. He was a great person. He is the kind of guy who you wish you could recommend all your friends and neighbors to because he is such a nice guy. He was so kind and really amazing. He was the hardworking family kind of guy. He did a good job. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, priced it out perfectly and I would recommend him highly.

Rob was awesome. He had great advice, was patient, and assured us that the job would be done quickly, without mess, and in a top quality way. He was right! I loved working with this team and recommend them to my friends. His price was good and selection terrific.

They promised me, for my trouble that they would make me two small scatter rugs with the material left over, then I got a call that they could not find the left over carpet, so no scatter rugs. I should have gotten a discount for the mess and inconvenience of having them come back again.

Estimator was on time and punctual to take measurements of the 2 rooms and closets that needed carpeting. After taking his measurements, and I went to their warehouse to pick the carpeting, and get full price with install. Gave me a high price, but was able to bring it down considerably. Like any other service or items you purchase, make sure you know what your are paying for and know its $$$ value. RediCut was one of the few carpet locations I found in Mount Vernon area that actually had the color and type of carpet I was looking for in stock. I was on a tight time crunch, and the installers were available to meet my deadline.
Installers were punctual, friendly, and professional during the install process. The job was completed fairly quickly. I ask them if they can cut the old carpet into smaller pieces, to be placed with outgoing garbage, and easier for disposal in our building, they complied. The only thing that annoyed me, was the installers sweeping up carpet shavings with a broom, instead of using a vacuum. They told me that they did not have one. Couldn't figure that one out.

They were very nice. I was having some remodeling done in my home and gave them a timeframe for installation. I found out the home would not be ready in time for them to install. I gave them a call and they said it was not a problem and to call them when I was ready, which was really nice of them. Rob was very pleasant and so nice to deal with.
