+ -1 moreVery good compared to others. Most architects have no imagination, but he had ideas, styles and listened to what we wanted. He was willing to look at pictures and even encouraged us to go around with a camera and take pictures of different styles to better show him what we wanted.
Description of Work: Michael is an Architect and has drawn plans for our new addition. To date, we have made several changes to his original plans and he has complied without complaint. The amount stated is for the completed plans right to the last date of building, including all filings with NYC Building department. He responds when called or emailed.
