Carpet Installation
I do not think the carpet got much cleaner at all. There were chocolate spots left that I was cleaning myself after they left. Especially the steps, which cost $3 each looked just a s dirty as before the cleaning
They did not even vacuum before the cleaning as promised by the office
there were some areas that were left soaked wet, although they promised dry carpet by the end of the day
it took several days to dry. these areas looked like patches on the carpet when they dried . I think they spilled their material there. I used paper towels to absorb some water.
The carpet felt stiff and not soft like before after they left and there was soapy residue, which I tried to clean with wet towels during the following week, and it got somewhat better.
Overal it was a waist and I hope that they did not ruin my carpet, forget the clean
