Steve and Nicole are wonderful to work with. Steve came looked at both projects, made suggestions and got us a quote back when he said he would. Nicole takes care of all the scheduling and responding to frantic late night emails when we forgot the time they would start the next day. There crew have been extremely professional, respectful of our house, our schedule, and the project. They asked the questions they needed to and did not need looking over. We felt comfortable leaving them to do errands. We are excited for the next project.

Ivory & Oak (Nicole & Steve) we cannot give you enough stars! My wife and I found them on Houzz.com and are absolutely thrilled with the results. From doing a build out and putting in a fireplace, to the custom built ins with soft close doors and beautiful reclaimed wood floating shelves and perhaps most impressive the custom designed horizontal armoire with open shelving in our bedroom, the quality of the work and attention to detail are clear. The built ins were also in a very tricky spot due to the layout of the room and their problem solving made it look phenomenal! On top of all the work turning out amazing and how clean the place was always left, they were honestly just a pleasure to deal with. They were extremely organized, reasonably priced and there were no hidden costs or fees, none of the "this turned out to be more work than originally estimated..." The billing was also clear and organized well. You don't need to worry with Ivory & Oak. It's all going to turn out great and there's just no drama. I couldn't recommend them more highly and when the time comes to buy another place, they will be our first call!

Ivory & Oak is run by Steve and Nicole Viola.  We found them to be very professional and reliable in their work.  Nicole is in charge of scheduling and providing written estimates and COIs. Steve is the one to consult and does the work on site. We found Steve great to work with and to ask for consult as he'll provide practical solutions and advices on things we wanted to get done.  He is also skilled in what he does. Depending on the work, Steve has a crew to help out and provides good supervision.  If they are running late or there's change in the schedule, Nicole or Steve usually contacts you to manage your expectation.
The job was estimated to take a few working days with his crew - and completed in about a week.  
It has been a pleasure to work with them and we appreciated the work they completed. We ended up asking them to do another job for our laundry/pantry area afterwards. 

When we bought our house there was plenty of work to be done.  We didn't know where to start.  Ivory & Oak Renovated our
Kitchen and Bathroom.  They helped us with much of the decision making and we were very Happy we went with there Ideas and how everything came out.  We get so many compliments with whoever comes over my house.  Steve is truly a Talented Craftsman who pays much attention to every detail . Together they have such good ideas and work well as a team.  They were always available to answer
Whatever concerns we had.  Of course not everything goes as smooth as you want it to but they made the process go as smooth as Possible.  They are honest and kept us updated on any time changes on our orders.  We will definitely be hiring Ivory and Oak again.
And Yes we will Refer them to family and friends.  You will Not be disappointed with there service and there end Results.  Nicole is a Pleasure to talk to.
