THEY ASSISTED OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE IT WAS MORE MONEY IF THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE. IT WAS FINE. IT WAS VERY TIME CONSUMING THOUGH AND I THINK NEXT TIME I WILL JUST BRING IT IN SOMEWHERE. THEY ASSUMED THAT I HAD A LITTLE BIT OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT COMPUTERS, BUT I DON'T. IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING AT TIMES.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON WHAT THEY DID AND PERSONABLE. WHEN I WENT THERE THEY WERE VERY FAST IN FIXING MY COMPUTER. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE AMAZINGLY FAST.
