What Aniello and his team did was amazing. The structural issues with the expanders had been fully addressed, but, without going over the budget, and without adding casters, Aniello both addressed our wish that the table be easier to move across the floor AND beautifully restored the table top and all the other surfaces. Instead of casters, he installed a small, modest hemisphere of wood into each of the open feet and into that inserted a hard plastic floor protector. Genius! And without adding the height that casters would have. Beautiful and intelligent craftsmanship and artistry, at a reasonable price, and with a smile.

I called back and got an answering machine. Two days later Agnelllo returned my call and said the able was ready. I called to let them know what time I would be coming as he had previously told me to do. Apparently the shop is closed frequently. When I got there, the shop was closed and I had to wait 40 minutes. When he brought the table out, I looked at it and noticed that an edge on one of the leaves had not been finished. I pointed this out and he became defensive and said it was just a color difference. He then proceeded to say, "I don't care if your happy or not with the work, I have 19,000 happy customers. I don't care about you."
He refused to fix the edge that was not done. I left because I didn't want to hear his ranting anymore.
To add insult to injury, when I got the table home, I realized the leg was uneven and the table is crooked. Save yourself a lot of money and aggravation; get your furniture restored somewhere else!
