 + -1 moreMr. Calzone stopped by to appraise the work required, time and cost to repair the ceilings in my kitchen and bathroom. He said that they would each need torn down and replaced, costing close to $2,000. I spoke to the Super in my co-op building who that that was an extreme measure to take. After speaking to a few friends, I used an friend of a friend, who was able to complete the work in 2 1/2 days for a fraction of the cost.
