DUNLEA GLASS AND MIRROR

I have called this company several times to try and get an estimate on on replacing quite a few glass panes in my home. They never called me back and I had to call again only to be told that they were very busy and couldn't do the job until maybe February 2009! I even agreed, based of one Angie's List ratings, to wait until then. I went out of my way to give them the exact measurements, because they do not come out to your home to take measurements to give you an estimate and still no return call. Not sure how this particular company ended up with an A rating perhaps it's because only one person has rated them. I would not recommend this company because of the lack of concern for the customer.

Two guys came 1/2 an hour early and were done in 45 minutes. They cleaned up with a vacuum cleaner and were very efficient. I have some work to do to patch up the wood on the moldings that were removed to install the glass, but I am sure that would be the case with anyone who did the work. They were true to the price quoted on the phone when I made the appointment the week earlier. The price was the lowest of at least 4 quotes and they could come the earliest. I would definitely hire them again.
