I ACCIDENTALLY SET OFF THIS ALARM, AND THEY CALLED ME IMMEDIATELY. THEY INFORMED ME OF HOW TO TURNED OFF THE AUXILIARY POWER AND HELPED ME RESET IT. THE COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
