They were very helpful and knowledgeable in their products. Doug and his staff are great and also patient. It took our house to be done 2 years. We finally moved in last December and firing the first contractor. And had to hire new ones to finish. During the transition we had to change our tub faucet for our air tub. It just wouldn't work. So I went to Doug and he suggested another model which totally looks great.

IT'S BEEN AN A. THEY ARE HERE WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE. THEY HAVE BEEN REGULARLY UPDATING ME. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY, BUT THEY GET RIGHT TO WORK. THEY PUT IN THEIR TIME. THEY COME UP AND LET ME KNOW WHAT THE PROGRESS IS, BUT GO RIGHT TO WORK.
