I worked with Arens Construction and her team to transform my apartment loft into a Zen sanctuary. One of the best things about Sasha is her responsiveness. I don't think I waited more than 2 minutes for a response from her. Text, email, phone, in-person, you name it--she was instantly at the ready.
I hired Sasha to paint my place for 3 reasons:
A. The reviews online.
B. She had a great vibe.
C. Her estimate was very reasonable compared to other contractors.

She recommended an amazing color scheme and her crew worked for a week straight sanding and patching my ridiculously pre-war wavy bathroom walls.

My wish for the end result was flat walls with a Zen vibe.

I got exactly what I was looking for. In the end, my apartment truly is transformed and when I look at the before pictures, I'm amazed at what a dramatic difference her team made. I accredit a lot of this to the dimensional colors that Sasha chose and the IMPECCABLE workmanship delivered.

I never even needed to request any touch-ups, because Sasha was on top of everything, it’s like she treated it as if it was her own apartment. She instructed her crew to re-plaster certain areas, in order to achieve perfection, and perfection is what I got! My walls are now all solid and FLAT!
On top of it there were NO splatters, uneven-ness, or paint on my carpet as had happened in the past with other painters from different companies. I was astounded with the A+ job she and her crew delivered.

I have a lot of nice furniture and these guys were so careful when rearranging the room to be painted. They were extremely courteous and did an amazing job cleaning up after the work was finished. I think they may have left the place cleaner when they were done then before they started!

Bottom line: If you're looking for a professional, trustworthy, honest and reliable contractor at a reasonable price—Sasha is the way to go. Her team is hard-working and responsive. It was a pleasure working with all of them and I thank them for beautifying my home.

We hired Arens Construction to paint the interior of our home. We could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that Sasha and her team demonstrated.
Not only did they offer the best bid in town, they actually delivered on all their promises, and we received an amazing final result.
Arens Construction came in an took down old wall paper from the 70's, and prepared the walls in such a fashion, that they were seamless before the paint was even applied.
Sasha offered a lot of helpful feedback with accent walls and color coordination. For someone who is not too savvy when it comes to choosing the right color, this was an amazing added benefit and now the color of the house just smoothly transitions from one room to the next.
It's like we live in a brand new house :)

The paint job was meticulous. The crew was always on time and always cleaned up after themselves too. And again you can't beat the price and the quality of workmanship!
