My brother was trying to install a new faucet. I guess something went wrong and he had to call a professional to help. When I got home the floor and sink was covered in filth and water. The plumber was speaking to my brother in condescending tones and spreading dirt all around the kitchen floor with dirty paper towels. He couldn't even neatly put the paper towels in the trash bin, he just laid it on top of the cover. He charged over $500 and said there was a leak that he was daring my brother to do. I asked how much it would cost him to fix it and he said $200. What a rip off and what a jerk. Do not hire them.

Eric is just the best! He came when he said he would, sized up the job and completed the work lightening fast! Since this was a messy job, I thought I would find soot everywhere, but they put boards down on the floor and insisted on coming and going through the storm door. His worker showed me how to use my new wireless thermostat and was so patient. As it turned out there was a problem with the water refill valve, and he has his Dad come to replace the valve. What a professional! He listened to the water run through the system for about half a minute and detected the problem. I can't tell you how happy I am with their work and demeanor. Eric called about two weeks ago to make sure that everything was working fine and to check in. I will stick with him whenever I need something done around the house that involves this type of work. He might have to wait a few more years before my water heater goes, but he will be the first one that I call.

He figured out where the leak was coming from. He located the leak, coming from the toilet. He fixed it so that it wouldn't leak anymore. Then, he came back the next day and repaired it making it almost a brand new toilet. When he came back I also asked him to look at another toilet and he was able to repair it as well. We are very happy we found him! He was just phenomenal.
