The tech said he would contact me first thing the next morning (Monday). I received no call, so I called and left a message. I still haven't received a call back (today is Saturday). I then contacted Auchinachie services to have my drain cleared. They did an outstanding job a very fair price. Good thing, too. If I waited to hear from the Roto Rooter tech, I'd be up to my neck in you-know-what.

...worked fine but is this the real deal Roto Rooter which succeeded where other have failed as office staff phone different folks who could not do the work. I do not remember Mt. Upton as it is a long ride from us.

They used to do good work but the last two times I wasn't happy with because they got a new guy that doesn't do very good work. They were right here on time. They answered the phone, fixed an appointment and kept on the appointment. The guy they sent recently was not professional but they were professional earlier.

They were so careful to use shoe covers when entering our house, and even though they had such filthy work to do, they did not dirty our home at all.
