Active Maintenance

I inquired about doing some landscaping work and some odd home
repair jobs. I understand when people are busy, but I personally don't
like having to chase someone down for a response. Ted is punctual and
arrives when he says for a consult or job, however waiting 3 weeks for
an estimate and getting no response when I ask for a breakdown of a
$2800 landscaping job is not my idea of good business.

They were punctual in their response to my request and got the job done on time and very well.

They are terrific and really good. I will use them again in the future.

We were very happy with Jordan and his crew. They identified and removed a tree that was a danger to our house and road, pruned our flowering trees (we'll ask them back year to take care of them again) and, best of all, tested a sugar maple we were worried about. They removed on section of the tree and this lovely tree was saved.

I pay them on a yearly basis. I live in the city and they take care of my house upstate. I don't have to call them, and I don't have to worry about them. They are on a schedule. They go out and they do the work. I have no complaints about them. They are not cheap, but they are not expensive. Their reliability is phenomenal. I never have a problem. They are never any issues. They never take any short cuts. They are always on time and actually earlier, which is a big difference for me. They are very professional. I will consider using them again in the future.

i needed someone to clear the leaves from the lawn and do a final mowing for the season. i called Ted based on reviews on this site. He and his wife were a pleasure to deal with over the phone. They were clear about what work needed to be done and when they would be able to do it. i was not around during this period, so they came to the house and completed the work without ever meeting in person. The job was thorough and the price was reasonable.

Everything has been going really well. I have been using them since I bought my house in 1990. They are very professional and also clean up after themselves. I get billed by them periodically. I don’t dislike anything about them.

Ted his son and men are excellent and have been doing my weekend home for 2 years with no problems..I live in Manhattan fulltime,and am a General Contractor,no so easy to please since I am an expert,but they are great and never say no and do it all..
