After a torrent rain storm, the drain on my flat roof clogged and the water began to seep into my house. They came immediately, unclogged the drain 2 stories up and released the water. This happened one week before Irene, the hurricane, hit. They were very respectful and had a calming effect during this trying time. They came back and removed all the walls, carpets and ceilings. They placed a tarp over the roof so when the hurricane hit, the roof was secure. They were responsive, professional and got the job done.
