Provided false references. Took large down payment, didn't purchase a single item. Owes his subs for labor and services completed. Misrepresented himself as a GC. He's roofer and not even a good one. Fired for breach of contract.

When he came to survey the bathrooms , to be able to give us an estimate , he took his shoes off. This showed us respect for cleanliness and continued throughout the entire project .
