The salesman, Brian Boretsky, who gave us the quote was knowledgeable and courteous. Went out of his way to give us tips on packing and what to expect during the move. He followed up and was available when we had questions.
The men who packed in Croton were very professional. They arrived when promised, worked neatly and efficiently. The truck was clean. Since it was a small load (50 boxes), they were first loaded onto a small truck at the moving end and then moved to a larger van to drive to Florida.
The agent, Nicole Depoto, was in contact with us throughout the process. All paperwork was prepared and delivered as promised and she was on top of our move the whole way, providing us with updates on moving and delivery dates.
The men who made the delivery to the storage unit with the large van were very pleasant and professional. They were in telephone contact with us as they drove from NY to Florida to let us know approximately when they would arrive, and were at the storage facility at the arranged date and time. They unloaded and stacked the boxes in the storage unit neatly. Nothing was lost and everything arrived in good condition.
