This was a great experience, start to finish. Bonnie came initially, listened to what we wanted and designed the kitchen perfectly. She ordered everything and had it delivered. Everything was done on time or early. In fact, the crew came the Friday before the scheduled start date to start building the cabinets. Once installed I made a design change as I was unhappy with a space that I had chosen to leave for the garbage. I called Bonnie and she added an extra cabinet the next day - using my Ikea bucks!! The whole installation took 3-4 days.

From beginning to end The Kitchen Couple were accommodating and pleasant to deal with and they gave us a beautiful kitchen! Bonnie designed a great kitchen and offered a lot of cost-saving tips and advice. She listened to our wishlist and worked within the limited parameters of our small space to give us what we wanted. We saved some money by ordering the cabinets ourselves from IKEA, but she helped us to make sure we had all the pieces we needed. Hurricane Sandy blew through in the middle of our renovation and when our cabinet delivery from IKEA was delayed twice because of the storm, Bonnie put calls into IKEA and their delivery service to make sure we got our cabinets in time for Ron's installation. Ron and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure Sandy didn't impact our cabinet install timeline too badly, even though though they were backed up with other jobs because of the storm. Ron and crew installed the cabinets quickly within 3 days. A few days later when we installed our appliances in the kitchen and noticed a mistake with the cabinets, we contacted them and Ron went above and beyond to make good.
They recommend a contractor that they like to work with, but we decided to go with someone else, and it all worked just fine.
There are so many pieces to deal with when using IKEA cabinets not to mention the assembly of them all. Bonnie and Ron take care of all of that as well as customizing the cabinets to fit. They were very professional, friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. I've already recommended them to several people.

They were fast and very prompt in getting the work done. They were professional and cleaned up well after they were done. They also offer design services if you need someone to design your kitchen for you. I would use them again. They were great!
