Spent 15K on mechanical drapes; they worked for about five minutes. Never fixed properly, always had excuses, ultimately told me there was nothing he could do (except keep our money). He also stuffed a couch for us which looks like a flat pancake a few years later. Comically incompetent. Stay away like the plague unless you don't mind getting ripped off by overpriced service providers.
