John was very prompt in responding to my call and letting me know how much the service would cost. He did not try to push any additional services, even ones where I suggested he may want to have a look and let me know if I needed something extra done. All in all, he performed the job that needed to be done promptly and at a good price. I would recommend his services to others.

John showed up about 45 minutes after I called him! We were so happy as it was peak season and other companies could not book us for 8-10 weeks.

I called, he answered, after conversation he asked me to text him the address.  He texted me when he was 20 minutes out.

John was very thorough and helpful. He came out on a Saturday to look at everything (on very short notice) and came back on Sunday to do the sweep and fix our cap. He is very honest and didn't make us do any unnecessary sweeps or replace our chimney cap that was damaged. He fixed the chimney cap instead, saving us money. He even replaced our broken light bulb in our flood light as he was up on the roof anyhow. He showed up when he said he would and notified us via text when he was on his way. Great communication. He cleaned up after he was done. I highly recommend Royal Chimney.
