I have used this service station many times. The service is always top notch. Keith is a fine mechanic, and I have never had to bring anything back twice for the same problem. Prices are fair, although not always inexpensive. Quality is top notch. The whole staff is friendly and accomodating - they have given me a ride home several times when I have had to leave the car. I highly recommend them - and as a bonus it is one of the last clean, well-maintained gas stations that still has paper towels.and washer fluid available at the pump.

When I called to check in on the BMW a few hours later, to my surprise, the mechanic, Keith, told me that there was nothing wrong! When I pressed Keith, he said that he had seen where I hit the underbody and that he had just pushed a panel back into place for me. I asked him how much that was... and quot;nothing,and quot; he said! (When have you ever heard that?)
Tire replacement went smoothly. I had bought the tires before on TireRack for about $50 cheaper a piece, but the $280 included the mounting and balancing of the tire, so can't complain--plus, they got it for me in a couple of hours. Overall, I was very happy with the level of service and their professionalism.
I just wish that I had stopped to take a closer look at the mechanics at work, when I stopped there for gas on the way home so many times before. Having met the owners, a husband and wife team who have been in business for close to two decades, last week, I will definitely be coming back! According to them, half of our neighbors use them--no surprise. (They certainly knew them well.)

We frequented John and Karen's Shell service station at first for minor repairs on out of warrantee Jeeps. In the process, we learned that they were impeccably honest and did good work and only the work that was needed. They gave us reliable advice on what our cars needed and why. Time after time, we had good results to the point where we just drop off a car with a quick description of what is wrong and pick it up when done. The work is good, the advice is valuable, and the trust is rare. This is one of the few vendors we can depend on without a second thought.
