"The problem you were experiencing with the drainage from your hall bath was due to the way the piping was run in your bathroom. It was also old style galvanized piping which is no longer used. The amount of time charged was the amount of time it took to correct the problem. The kitchen cabinet had to be opened to get at the piping inside the wall in order to correct the drainage problem you were experiencing. I am happy to see that you scored our visit with such high marks as far as quality of work, punctuality and professionalism. However, we need to be paid for our time spent fixing our customers plumbing problems. Best Regards, John"
"It is usually a good idea to check with a plumber before purchasing a toilet to make sure the piping under or behind a toilet can accommodate the new toilet you would like to have installed. When the existing piping cannot accommodate a new toilet, that does not make the plumber a bad guy. This customers piping needed to be completely reworked to install the Toto toilet they purchased.
