I bought a new GE washer and dryer. While the installer had tested the machine to make sure everything was installed properly, the machine had a manufacturer's defect that was not readily apparent: the cold water shut off valve would not shut off. When I used a cold water load, my upstairs flooded and it seeped down through the first floor ceiling to the first floor. Huge mess. I called Atlantic. The immediately sent someone over to handle the remediation and sent the installer back to double check to make sure it was not an installation problem. They worked with GE to get a service man over to determine what the issue was; continued to deal with the remediation company, etc. Delivered a new washer asap. When I called, they could have said, "Well, here's the number for the cleaning company; let us know how it works out." They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The price was fair but I did not compare it to anyone else's.

This company tells you that if you can find your appliance offered at a lower price elsewhere, they will match it. They do that, too. I think they're great over. They do not waste time, their prices are good, and the service is always great, too.
