Closet Service
I called four closet companies, each of which sent a designer to my home. I chose Alternative on the basis of the design, the measuring technique (this designer was the most thorough), and the overall cost. There were no hidden costs and no coupons. (Two of the other companies had coupons that turned out to be useless.) The installer was prompt, efficient and polite. He even called me from the road to thank me for the good directions I gave him to get to his next destination. In addition, after the job was completed someone from the company called to see if I was satisfied. Note: The factory is in Deer Park, Long Island but I used the Mt. Kisco showroom.
