 + -1 moreWork was finished in a timely manner. A guarantee on workmanship for one year was given. There were considerable problems with tile work and drywall. Contractor was contacted prior to the one year point but would not honor his guarantee. Would not answer mail nor return phone calls. Had to confront him at another work site and arrange a meeting. He was a 'no show'!
Description of Work: Reconstruct nearly the entire interior of a dwelling and part of the exterior after fire damage. Had to completely gut the interior. New bathrooms (3) kitchen etc.
