We had torn down most of the walls, so he finished things down the walls and he repaired cells that were rotten. It's an old farmhouse, Post and Beam, so hired to work in, nothing's level, nothing's square. He re-insulated everything, re-routed some of the pipes and the electrical. As I said, he kinda leveled the floor a little bit through the kitchen and also a half bath. He is an honest. We did not stay around for most of the work that he did because we were at another place for a couple of weeks, but he emailed me everyday and sent pictures of what he had done. If there was a problem, he would call or email me. If he needed some decisions made that came out that we hadn't anticipated, he would call me and then would talk about it and get his recommendation. Then, I would check some stuff out long distance and get back to him and it was ordered and done. That was good. He was very efficient and very communicative. We're gonna have him redo our front-to-the-garage.
