He is so friendly, helpful, careful, precise and a great locksmith! Lee came two days ago to replace a broken lock -unfortunately the replacement had a factory defect. Lee came back - after work!- and replaced it again at NO EXTRA COST! And he was waiting for us at our house! Yes he was EARLY! Best customer service we have ever had! He treats his customers like family! Thank you again! He gets ten stars!!!!

I called the locksmith on the Friday before the 4th of July holiday weekend, and he was available to come out the very next day. We agreed on a time and he arrived promptly, despite the holiday! He was able to re-key the lock, which meant that we didn't have to try to match the existing hardware on the front doors of the other units in the complex. The locksmith was able to move the plate on the door frame so that the door locked and unlocked easier. He also provided a quick security consultation at no extra charge! Reasonable Locksmithing does excellent work and I will definitely call them again the next time I need a locksmith.
